College freshman Parker Osborne is having the worst day ever. He humiliated himself trying to pick up a cute guy, he hasn’t made any friends at school, and his stupidly hot jerk of a TA gave him a crappy grade on his paper. So I’m a little late on the Keira bandwagon, this being my first by
read by her {bad Cheryl} but this one really sparked my interest at the word Zombie.
From page freaking one I was smirking at Parker, and I said so many
OMG I can’t EVEN begin to count. This
dude was a RIOT! Absolutely every word
out of his mouth had me snorting at 1 am in the morning. His “inner goddess” as I would call it, was
the best I’ve ever read as an internal monologue. The first image to pop into my head was Stiles Stilinski, and I Lurve me some Stiles, and then when the paranormal
aspect popped up, it was like BAM!
This book literally can be read as a movie with all the detail that
the author cultivates into the story, I
loved everything about how the story adapted and moved the reader along with
Adam and Parker. I’m really hoping this
is a HFN and we get more of Parker and Adam in the future.
